By using KeenAura Studio pages or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Course access
Course access is intended for the enrolled learner and may not be copied, resold, shared, or redistributed without written permission. Access details must be kept reasonably secure.
3. Creative tools and outputs
KeenAura Studio teaches process and judgment, not ownership of any particular third-party tool output. You are responsible for reviewing tool terms, permissions, privacy requirements, and suitability before commercial use.
4. Learner conduct
Learners must communicate respectfully, avoid unlawful or abusive content, protect confidential client material, and avoid presenting another person's work as their own.
5. Payments and cancellations
Prices are shown in the catalog and may change for future purchases. Any cancellation or refund terms presented at enrollment apply to that transaction. The demonstration cart does not process payment.
6. Intellectual property
KeenAura Studio owns its lessons, written materials, exercises, branding, and site content. You retain rights to original work you create, subject to third-party tool terms and lawful use.
7. Educational nature
Course information is educational and does not guarantee employment, business results, artistic recognition, or any particular outcome. You make independent professional decisions.
8. Changes and termination
We may update features, materials, or these terms. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security concerns, or nonpayment, while preserving any rights that survive termination.
